Gaz's Tips: Trello for managing support

We've started using trello.com for managing projects and keeping on top of support issues, it's excellent. We're happy to set up boards for specific customers that they can log in to/add to. If you want to use this to manage your support queries, please sign up to trello and let us know your username. We will create a board specifically for you and invite you to join it.
